I hit a tree last week 🥲

When we start something new, it’s easy to jump all in because we’re excited. But that’s not always the best plan of action.
Last week, I went mountain biking at a park for the first time. Remember, I’ve spent years road biking, thousands of miles. That gave me some false confidence.
On the road, especially in Florida, you go straight. For a long time. So halfway through the first mountain biking beginner trail, with my confidence high, I decided to take a small wooden bridge with a turn and a hump.
I didn’t turn.
I hit a tree. 🤦🏽♂️🌲
Looking back, I should have gotten a crash course (pun intended) or taken a full class where I could have practiced the basics first. Mountain biking requires a different stance, different balance, and different instincts.
Real estate investing is no different.
Inside The Ultimate Mobile Home Blueprint, I guide my students through the same intentional process:
✅ Start with the inspection section and then go see a mobile home. The goal? Touch it. Don’t buy it yet.
✅ Next, move to the Cashing in on Mobile Homes section and talk to sellers. Make offers. They don’t even need to be accepted.
✅ Then advance to the next phase, where you set a goal for how many offers you’ll make each week.
For my beginner students, I don’t recommend diving into the bonuses until you’ve built momentum and confidence. More knowledge isn’t always better. Sometimes, what you need most is experience.
Success comes from the right cycle: learn → act → reflect → repeat.
So, what’s your next step toward your current goal?
Is it more knowledge, or more experience?
