AI is like a chocolate Lab puppy

AI is trained to give you what you want to hear, kind of like a chocolate lab puppy. Ask it how to structure a deal and you'll get an answer, then another idea right behind it which continues forever. If you get more specific, something like "how would Adrian Smude structure this deal," you'll get a more honed in answer. AI also loves to finish its thoughts with another question, and that's one way it keeps you coming back for more.

If you don't think it's possible to analyze a deal to death, ask AI for help. Lol. I've done it, and it made some good points, but hours later I was still second guessing myself because we kept changing direction. The scary part, some of the ideas were REALLY bad.

The fun part is our members get to help each other figure out what's next if the seller isn't interested. Sometimes that's a manual follow up system, sometimes it's a full AI follow up funnel, and the value is having multiple tools to pick from, because different people respond differently.

👉 AI can help you think, but it can't replace real feedback from people who've actually done the deal. If you want sharper answers and someone willing to tell you when an idea is bad, get in a room with people doing the work instead of asking a chatbot for one more idea.
