The whiteboard in my office that said $0 out of $3,000

How I did it and the part I believe most people miss.

Last week I wrote about how I manifested a house for Lisa, Thomas, and me. A lot of you replied asking the same thing, have I ever done this in my business, and if so, what did that actually look like.

So here's one of my stories.

I had a whiteboard hanging in my office with 10 lines on it and one number at the top. $0 out of $3,000.

That $3,000 was the amount I needed my passive income to exceed my expenses by in order to be truly financially free. I saw that whiteboard multiple times a day, every single day, and I watched that $0 slowly grow as I picked up more properties. It became my visualization long before it became my reality.

Here's the part most people miss.

I didn't have the pure faith yet, not at first. So when I told people about my goal, I wasn't just sharing information, I was affirming it to myself, saying it out loud until I started to actually believe it.

My coach was the one who carried the faith for me until I could hold it myself. He didn't just tell me he believed I could do it, though he did that too, he asked me questions that forced me to find my own belief underneath the doubt. I borrowed his faith in me while I built my own, and every single monthly coaching call was a recharge, another dose of certainty when mine was running low.

That's the part nobody talks about with faith. You don't need all of it on day one. Sometimes you just need someone who has enough of it to lend you some until yours catches up.

I kept speaking my goal into existence anyway, even before I fully believed it, and I kept taking action toward it, one property at a time, one line on that whiteboard at a time.

Seven mobile homes later, my cashflow had increased 857%

I still use that same whiteboard exercise today, my coach taught me. New goal, new number at the top, another line to fill in as I go. It's how I still turn borrowed faith into something that eventually becomes entirely my own.

It's also one of the things I walk my own students through now.

If you've got a goal sitting somewhere in the back of your mind that you don't fully believe yet, a number, a property count, a cashflow target. I'd love to hear what it is. Sometimes just saying it out loud to someone who already believes it's possible is exactly the push you need.
