The Room That Pushes Me Forward 💡

 Last week I was with my Elite Level Mastermind group, fellow real estate business owners who have been meeting monthly for about 4 years now.

The growth in this room is amazing. We celebrated big financial wins, health breakthroughs, and mindset shifts that pushed everyone forward.

Here are a few of my highlight notes I thought you would find valuable:

✨ Be in rooms of Positive Peer Pressure
When someone shares a win, it motivates the rest of us to raise our game. Some of us admitted we had gotten comfortable recently, but after hearing others’ gains we were fired up to get back to work and increase income so we can serve more people.

💞 Relationship advice that stuck
Let your partner be themselves and support their interests. Simple advice, but powerful for a long-term relationship.

📈 Compounding matters
You cannot grow equity, cashflow, or debt paydown without first buying the property. You cannot cut expenses on something you do not own. Small consistent actions compound into massive results, but only if you take the first step.

🤝 Have a circle outside the storm
When business or life gets hard, you need trusted people to lean on. People outside the problem bring perspective, love, and wisdom that help you move forward.

💵 Always be looking for money
Find people who have money and match them with an opportunity they are actually interested in.
