On one of our Elite Mastermind calls, Farrah told us she got an email from escrow about five mobile homes she was “closing on”
The problem?
She had no idea what they were talking about, and she almost ignored it thinking it was a scam!
Turns out, a wholesaler, who knew she was a serious buyer,
assigned the contracts to her and submitted the paperwork

Now… aside from the fact that Farrah proved me wrong when I say
“You can’t buy properties without making offers” (😅)
I’m just incredibly proud of her.
Why?
Because what made this happen was what happened before the deal:

She was seen as trustworthy, responsive, and ready to close.
The wholesaler could’ve tried to squeeze out more money with another buyer,
but instead, they chose a sure thing
And Farrah now has a long-term ally because of it 🙌

The prices were right, so she sold two of them and made enough to
cover the cost of the other three.
Which means…
