Are You Even Making Offers? 🤔

Sometimes we forget the basics in our real estate business…
Like actually making offers!

Hard to buy properties without them, right?
(Although my friend & student Farrah has proven me wrong, but that’s a story for another day 😄)

If you want to buy more properties, one of the simplest ways to increase your chances is this:
👉 Make more offers!

One of my first times going door knocking with Bill Cook, he asked me,
“How many offers have you made this week?”
I told him, “Three.”

We chatted for a while… and I realized I wasn’t even close to where I needed to be in order to hit my goals 🎯

That day lit a fire under me 🔥
When I got home, I made a chart to track every offer.
I hung it up and added a tally mark each time I made one.
It wasn’t just for tracking, it added social pressure too.
Anyone in the house could see it and ask, “What are these zeros about?”

Still not convinced? One more story for you:

You’re at a garage sale and ask,
“How much for this item?”
The seller says, “$5.”
You reply, “Will you take $3?”
They say yes.
You say…
“I’ll think about it.” 😅

Making real estate offers is often just like that.
You’re allowed to make an offer, get more info, and then decide.
Especially if your contract gives you that flexibility.

Commit to making a set number of offers this week.
