The Only Shortcut in Real Estate (and Business) 🚀

Readers asked me to write about shortcuts, so here you go.

The only shortcut I have ever found is education & action.

Education lets you learn from other people’s mistakes and wins. But do not get stuck trying to learn everything before you move. That will stall you. The real shortcut is:

👉 Get some education
👉 Take action
👉 Ask for help

My late friend Bill Morrillo always said, “Take massive imperfect action.” That is the sweet spot. Learn enough to start, then take imperfect action, then lean on a mentor, coach, or mastermind when you get stuck.

There is no magic five step social media post that makes you a millionaire. If it were that easy, everyone would do it.

The work is the shortcut.

If I had stayed in a regular job, I would probably retire in my 60s. Instead, I reached time freedom in my 30s because I got educated, did the work, and leaned on others when I did not have the answer.

It is funny, most people do not realize that hard work with the right education is actually the fastest route to freedom.
